Conditions of Entry
Everyman Media Group PLC reserves the right to refuse admission to any person. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, behavior that is disruptive or dangerous will not be tolerated. Age restrictions for film screenings are strictly enforced in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). Guests may be asked to provide proof of age.
Ticket Purchases & Refunds
Tickets purchased via the website are non-refundable. However, tickets may be exchanged for another screening or for credit, provided the request is made within a specified timeframe prior to the scheduled start time of the film. Please check your specific booking confirmation for details on exchange policies. Everyman Media Group PLC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Third-Party Services
In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party ("Third-Party Services") for booking or payment processing. If you use any Third-Party Services, you understand that any use is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third-Party websites or Services.
Termination of Membership
We may terminate or suspend your access to membership benefits or online accounts at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your Everyman Media Group PLC account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Everyman Media Group PLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Everyman Media Group PLC, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the applicable state jurisdiction. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
Changes
Everyman Media Group PLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
